Формування професійно-ціннісних орієнтацій майбутнього вчителя через зміст дисциплін соціально-гуманітарного циклу

The article substantiates the importance and necessity of forming the professional and value orientations of the future foreign language teacher in the process of educational activities. It is argued that the content of the formation of professional value orientations is a complete system of scientific, professionally necessary competences, knowledge, abilities, skills, experience in their application and determine a purposeful strategy of educational activities for the development of the future teacher. The main goals and ways of forming the student's professional and value orientations are determined while studying the discipline of the socio-humanitarian cycle in a modular-block form. It was found that the content of the educational material is implemented through productive learning technologies aimed at developing the professional competence of the future foreign language teacher, his intelligence, harmonization of emotional and motivational, cognitive, activity components. Groups of formation of professional and value orientations are outlined: goal orientations (nature of motivation for pedagogical activity, orientation to the image of the self-concept of the future foreign language teacher); orientation-competencies; orientation-quality using the educational text. The results showed that in the process of studying the theoretical material, special attention should be paid to the selection of texts, as they are an important means of forming the professional and value orientations of the future teacher.

The article examines the formative interrelations between the phenomenology of impressions and the formation of a projective approach to architecture based on the fact of the journey of the Dutch architect R. Koolhaas to the Soviet Union (1965). The conducted research involves a textual analysis of the facts in the architect’s biography, which directionally reveals the specifics of the influence of the “phenomenology of impressions”. The article clarifies the significance of the architect’s visit to the USSR, and establishes the formation features of a design approach to architecture. For the Dutch architect, the avant-garde architecture of the Soviet Russia and, in particular, constructivism, represented the basis and the vector of influences that determined the formation of the professional value orientations reflected in the specific concept of the purified formal aesthetics of architecture. The author of the article determines the factors in the formation of R. Koolhaas’ approach related to the experience of conceptual projects of V. Tatlin, K. Malevich, M. Ginzburg, and I. Leonidov. The cited sources (interviews, statements, and lectures) document the pragmatics of the experience of the Soviet constructivist architecture in the context of modern conceptual reality of the deconstruction movement and global architecture. Conclusions are drawn about the relationship between the phenomenon of the Soviet avant-garde architecture (genetic continuity, reception of ideas) and the modern architecture of the deconstruction movement.

Features of medical university students’ professional value orientations

Objective. To identify the features of medical university students’ professional value orientations.Material and methods. Methods of theoretical analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical literature on the research problem were used; G. E. Leevik’s questionnaire “Value orientations of personality 8” (VOP-8); methods of statistical analysis of empirical data (generalization and grouping of data, Spearman’s rank correlation method).Results. The analysis of professional value orientations of junior medical university students showed that the participants of the study are characterized, first of all, by such value orientations as labor and material values, the desire to be financially secure, a good specialist, to have a vast professional experience, to improve themselves in the profession. At the same time, there is an underestimation of the importance of moral and moral qualities of effective professional communication of a doctor.Conclusion. To ensure high quality of professional medical education it is important to form in students value orientations and professionally important qualities, which are necessary for successful professional activity and effective communication with patients, their relatives, colleagues and administration of medical institution.

Health and social care workers' professional values: A cross-sectional study.

Professional values create a basis for successful collaboration and person-centred care in integrated care and services. Little is known about how different health and social care workers assess their professional values. To describe and compare professional value orientation among different health and social care workers in Finland. A quantitative cross-sectional study. We carried out an online survey of health and social care workers from 8 March to 31 May 2022, using the Finnish version of the Nurses' Professional Values Scale-3. The data were analysed using descriptive and advanced statistics. Permission was received from all participating organizations and those who completed the survey provided informed consent. A total of 1823 health and social care workers, representing seven professional groups and students, took part. The overall level of professional values among the participants was relatively high. Commitment to providing patients and clients with equal care was more important than engaging with society and professional responsibilities in the work environment. Professional values were strongest among professionals with higher educational degrees and training in professional ethics. The same was true for workers who received organizational support for ethical practice, were satisfied with their work and had shorter work experience. Our results showed shared professional values among different health and social care workers and students. These results are meaningful for integrated care and services. At the same time, a clear need for strengthening engagement with society and professional responsibilities for developing work environments were identified. Health and social care workers and students need training in professional ethics and organizational support for ethical practice and work satisfaction to maintain their professional values at different stages of their career.

Воспитание личности будущего педагога профессионального образования на основе педагогических идей К. Д. Ушинского

Introduction. Contrary to the globalization and technologization trends of many spheres of social life, the education system is characterized by a line of individualization and personification, which is important for all levels of education, and hence for the future teachers’ training process. Theoretical analysis. The article considers the system of value orientations and names the key competences that are formed in the process of preparing vocational education teachers. Empirical analysis. Interpreting the pedagogical ideas of the founder of Russian scientific pedagogy K. D. Ushinsky in relation to the system of vocational education in terms of educating the personality of the future teacher of vocational education, the key value orientations of this process were identified and presented in this article. Among them, there are ideal, professional, creative, and social value orientations. The readiness formation levels (theoretical, practical and personal) of the future vocational education teacher to implement educational activities are given. Conclusion. Complex development of the key value orientations and all readiness levels of the future teacher to implement professional and pedagogical activities constitute the future vocational education teachers upbringing.

VALUE STRUCTURE OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF PROSPECTIVE ENGINEERS

The article examines the structure of professional training of prospective engineers in higher technical educational institutions in the context of implementation of the value approach. The analysis of scientific views on the problem of the implementation of the value approach in the training of technical specialists proved the strengthening of the value orientation of the educational process. The article reveals the relevance of the search for educational paradigms focused on the training of highly qualified specialists in the technical sphere, bearers of national culture, and leaders of humanistic values.
 We characterize modern trends in the education of technical specialists from the point of view of the formation of a professional and valuable attitude towards the engineering profession. The value approach is the basis of the training of prospective engineers, which is based on universal, national, cultural, and professional values. The essence, content, and structure of professional training of prospective engineers with the aim of forming professional value orientations are highlighted. Professional training of engineering specialists is considered as a process of integration of fundamental natural-scientific, humanitarian, and technical knowledge with the ability to carry out specific developments, ensuring their practical implementation in the production process.
 Value-oriented training of prospective engineers in higher technical educational institutions acts as a tool for value transformations of the individual and a means of making relevant decisions. The professional and value orientations of the prospective engineering specialist, which are formed in the process of humanitarian, engineering-theoretical, technological, practical, managerial, scientific-research, economic, economic-legal, and environmental components of training, are substantiated. The article proves the effectiveness of the harmonious combination and development of the researched training components in order to prepare a universal educated specialist in the technical field, a highly moral, spiritually developed, active, conscious citizen of his state.

Professional value orientations of university students in the specialty «Foreign language» (based on the results of a sociological study)

Profound changes in modern society and the development of market relations in it have led to a change in the system of life values of citizens of any country. Changes in value orientations have a sig-nificant impact on the professional self-determination of the new generation, which requires other types of career guidance work with young people that differ from previous forms, taking into account their worldview attitudes, and unstable labor market conditions. The purpose of the research is to determine the spectrum of the main value orientations of students, the role and significance of the labor values of students majoring in «Foreign Languages» at universities in Kazakhstan, Russia and China for successful self-realization in the labor market. The main empirical part of the sociological research is a survey conducted by the method of questioning students studying at full-time departments of the Faculty of Foreign Languages of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (Kazakhstan), Saratov State University named after N. G. Chernyshevsky (Russia) and Dalian University of Foreign Languages (China). The total number of respondents is 300 people. The article comprehensively analyzes the value structure that has changed under the influence of external causes, and the views of young people on professional preferences, their attitude to the pro-fession being mastered and its role in the implementation of individual life plans. The factors of socio-professional self-determination of students are revealed. According to the results of the sociological  research, for the youth of Kazakhstan and Russia, the importance in future work is an interesting job, and for Chinese students – the opportunity to develop skills in work. It was revealed that graduates who participated in the research of three countries in the specialty “Foreign language” have such common values as: “achieving their interests, goals”, as well as “conscious choice of profession” and “work only in their chosen specialty”. Трансформация профессионально-ценностных ориентаций студентов в условиях интернет-социализации и неустойчивости будущего мира профессий

Importance. The active digitalisation of the economy leads to the transformation of students’ professional and value orientations. The process is exacerbated with the development of new forms of their online socialisation and requires pedagogical management. In order to build adequate pedagogical technologies it is necessary to identify the most sensitive components and criteria for the transformation of students’ professional value orientations. Novelty lies in the fact that (using computer science students as an example) for the first time changing professional needs are presented, which are reflected in the results of complex analysis of communication on popular forums in IT sphere; on web-sites of professional communication and large IT-companies; communication on telegram channels of employees of world IT-industry leaders. It has been proved that the identified needs contribute to the formation of professional interest and involvement in professionally oriented practice. As evidence, the results of a social survey among IT students on the use of their professional communication on the Internet for real work are presented. Quantitative methods of collecting information were used to collect the data required for the study: analysis of documents, surveys, questionnaires. For the first time, the logic of forming emerging professional value orientations in the context of Internet socialisation and the unsustainability of the future world of professions is presented. Based on the identified value orientations, relevant criteria for assessing the transformation of professional and value orientations under conditions of Internet socialisation are substantiated. The assumed most transformation-sensitive elements of value orientations in this context are identified. Research Methods. To achieve the research goals, various methods were used, including the method of analyzing information sources, the method of questioning through the digital resource Google Forms. The experimental base for the pilot study was 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th year students from universities in Tambov and Moscow, numbering 507 people aged 17 to 23 years. Results and Discussion. As a result of the study, criteria for assessing the transformation of the system of professional value orientations in the conditions of Internet socialization and instability of professions were identified and justified: the formation of values – relationships with the pro- fessional Internet community; formation of values – knowledge of digital technologies of professional activity and knowledge of the functionality of the Internet environment for solving professional problems; formation of values – goals of achieving a high level of fulfillment of professional needs in the Internet environment and confidence in self-realization in the future world of professions; the formation of values – the result of Internet socialization in a professional environment, satisfaction in achieving one’s professional needs; formation of value – the quality of rapid professional self-adaptation in the changing world of professions using the functionality of the Internet environment; formation of values – the ability to use Internet technologies and realize oneself in the profession. Conclusion. Based on the analysis, it was revealed that the most sensitive components of the transformation of value orientations may be values – relationships with the professional Internet community, as well as values – qualities characterized by rapid professional adaptation and self-adaptation in the changing world of professions using the functionality of the Internet environment.

Russian Reformers of the 1990s. (Biographical Research Experience)

In recent history, the triumph of the philosophical law on the increase of the subjective factor in social development is becoming particularly evident. In these conditions, psychology is becoming more and more in demand. The article examines the psychological mechanisms of appointment by the first President of Russia Boris Yeltsin of the head of the economic department of the newspaper “Pravda” E. Gaidar to lead the implementation of economic reforms in Russia. A psychological portrait of Gaidar and his associates is presented on the basis of the biographical method with the involvement of a wide source and factual materials. It is shown that the results of the Russian economic reforms carried out in the 1990s are a consequence of the human qualities of reformers — professional competence, value orientations and attitudes.

Исследование профессионально-ценностных ориентаций молодежи в условиях интернет-социализации

Relevance. We studied the professional-value orientations of young people in the conditions of Internet socialization, their place in the structure of the life values of young people. The relevance is due to the need to search for technologies for managing the process of professionally oriented training of young people with the help of the Internet. The concept of professional value orientations of young people is clarified, technologies that contribute to the Internet socialization of youth are identified, Internet technologies that contribute to the formation of professional value orientations of young people are identified. Research methods. To achieve the goals of the study, various methods were used, including the method of analyzing information sources, the method of questioning through the digital resource Google Forms. Research results. We discuss the results of a study of the professional and value orientations of young people in the context of Internet socialization with the help of professionally oriented social networks, professional communities, technologies and services for interaction on the Internet. The Internet socialization of young people using freelance technologies, online internships, online edu-cational platforms is being studied. A study is being made of the attitude of the pedagogical and business communities to the practice of university students with the help of Internet technologies. Conclusions. Based on the analysis, it was revealed that the specificity of the formation of professional and value orientations of student youth in the conditions of Internet socialization is manifested in their active position, entry into various professionally oriented communities and their adaptation, individuality and integration in this community. Socialization first manifests itself as a process of adaptation to a professionally oriented Internet community, then – a demonstration of one’s individuality in the Internet community, and finally – entry into the Internet community and influence on its life. Based on the above, a discussion was held of the results of a study of professional value orientations of young people in the context of Internet socialization in professionally oriented social networks, freelance technologies, online internships, online educational platforms, and others.

A PERSONALLY ORIENTED BASIS FOR THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL AND VALUE ORIENTATIONS OF THE FUTURE TEACHER OF A FOREIGN LANGUAGE

An important purpose of Ukrainian education is to create conditions for personal development and creative self-realization for every young person, to form a generation capable of lifelong learning, to create and develop the values of civil society. In the process of teaching the discipline of the socio-humanitarian cycle, the transition from informative and explanatory forms and teaching methods to more active and creative ones, which are aimed at practical and professional application during studies at a higher educational institution, is of particular importance. Value orientations are actual formations in the structure of a person’s consciousness and self-awareness, which begins a series of his essential characteristics as an individual. Personally oriented technology as a purposeful concept of education and upbringing is centred on the student and is aimed at his development, self-improvement, and self-realization of the personal self-concept. The article highlights the importance of personally oriented foundations for the formation and development of professional value orientations of future foreign language teachers through practical activities in the process of studying the disciplines of the social and humanitarian cycle.The implementation of personally oriented technologies for studying the disciplines of the socio-humanitarian cycle and the special course provided for the partnership of the teacher and the student, turning the latter into an active subject of the pedagogical process, built on the ideas of humanism and cooperation. Personally oriented technology as a holistic concept of education and upbringing is centralised on the student and is aimed at his development, self-improvement, and self-realization of his personal self-concept. Procedurally, the use of optimal organizational forms and active methods, built on the basis of practical compatible conscious subject-subject interaction of the teacher and student, became the ways of implementing personally oriented technology.

Features of teacher’s reflection: Connection with personal and professional value orientations

Introduction. The development of professional reflection is determined by the nature of the activity in relation to which it is carried out. At the same time, teacher professional reflection is an effective resource for the development of educational activities. At the present stage, there is a wide variety of education models. Each educational model is characterised by its special values; reflection has its own special meaning, purpose, and result in a specific educational model.Aim. The current research aims to present the authors’ model for studying the features of teacher professional reflection; to discuss the results of testing this research model, which made it possible to draw a number of conclusions about the presence and nature of the relationship between the level of teacher professional reflection and their personal and professional values.Methodology and research methods. The present research is based on the activity approach, theoretical provisions on the structure and functions of reflection of activity, the meaning of reflection in various models of education, the types of professional pedagogical reflection. The research model is developed through the questionnaire method and the case method. The study involved primary and secondary school teachers of three educational complexes in Moscow (N = 63).Results. It has been established that the values of the life and professional plan of the subjects are consistent with each other, and professional actions are generally not related to the declared professional values. The authors confirmed the hypothesis that the reflection of positional type has a significant positive relationship between the degree of congruence between the values declared in the survey and those manifested in solving problematic professional situations and the level of development of reflection of these types.Scientific novelty lies in the development of a model for studying the features of professional reflection associated with the personal and professional values of the teacher. The results obtained in the course of its approbation can serve as a basis for understanding the mechanisms for the development of professional reflection of teachers in various models of education.Practical significance. The developed methodology for studying the features of professional reflection of teachers can be used for the further creation of the set of tools for self-assessment and the development of professional pedagogical competence, the core of which is pedagogical reflection.

ETHICAL ASPECTS OF THE BEHAVIOR OF PUBLIC SERVANTS

Abstract. The article analyzes the problems of conflict of interest of civil servants. The relevance of the study is that at the present stage the ethics of civil service is a type of managerial ethics, based on which the professional morality of civil servants is studied, and value orientations, ethical norms, moral aspects of behavior, relationships between people in public administration are substantiated. The microethics of a civil servant reveals specific requirements for the morality of civil servants, which are related to the peculiarity of the profession, its institutional, organizational and personal ethical components. Professional ethics should characterize the high culture in the work of all parts of the state administration. The ethics of a civil servant substantiates general moral guidelines. Harmonization of the requirements of general morality and professional morality of civil servants is possible through the forms and methods of independent public control over the activities of individual specialists and the professional group as a whole. Defining and clearly formulating the mission of the civil service is the basis for building the entire system of professional ethics of civil servants and a factor in ensuring moral relations between government and citizens. The principle of serving the people is the semantic core around which the system of professional value orientations of civil servants should be built. The civil service sets standards of behavior in communication with citizens, representatives of various organizations and associations, behavior in communication with special respect, friendliness, politeness, restraint, impartiality, establishing business relations of officials with government officials, foreign delegations. Certainly, the main guidelines of the democratic civil service should be solidarity, justice, and respect for the human person.

Influence of information technologies on the formation of professional and value orientations of students: Opportunities and risks

The article examines the problems of the influence of mass media, primarily the Internet, on the value-semantic sphere of the personality of a representative of student youth. The characteristic of the role of formed professional-value orientations in professional activity is given. The key patterns of formation of professional value orientations through media consumption are analyzed. The positive and negative factors of the influence of the Internet space on the development of the value-semantic sphere of the individual are highlighted. There are five main factors of negative influence; the mechanism of functioning of each of them is described. Methods for reducing the considered risks for optimizing the process of forming the axiological sphere of a student’s personality are proposed. The role of the scientific community and public authorities in the development and implementation of appropriate social technologies is characterized.

ФОРМУВАННЯ ЦІННІСНИХ ОРІЄНТАЦІЙ ЯК СКЛАДНИКА ОСОБИСТОСТІ МАЙБУТНЬОГО ПЕДАГОГА

The article reveals aspects of the formation of professional value orientations of future teachers; value orientations of the teacher as a system of personally realized humanistic values, which serve as guidelines for his social and professional activity, determining his life position; the problem of forming sustainable professional orientations in the process of professional training of future teachers is outlined; the concept of "professional and value orientations". Theoretical approaches (axiological, personal-activity and reflexive) solving the problem of formation of professional and value orientations of future teachers in the process of their professional training in a higher education institution are considered; and the mechanisms of formation of professional value orientations through the implementation of three interrelated stages: 1) informing ↔ search → evaluation; 2) dynamism → choice → assignment; 3) design → projection. The teacher's professional and value orientations are outlined as the most important elements of successful professional activity: they stimulate professional and personal development, activating the internal mechanisms of the individual (needs, interests, motives, attitudes, attitudes); play a strategic role in behavior and activity, determine directions of professional activity; adjust the student's activity with the help of assessments, orientations and attitudes, ensuring the relationship of personal and subject aspects of activity based on personal orientation. The content of the teacher's professional value orientations is characterized: values-goals (goals of professional activity: mastering the profession of a teacher, forming the image of "I" as a teacher, "I" as a professional); values-knowledge (orientation on the assimilation of professional and pedagogical knowledge: general, special, pedagogical, methodical); values-skills (focus on mastering prognostic, analytical, communicative and organizational skills); values-qualities (orientation on the development of personal (characteristic) and professional and pedagogical qualities). Pedagogical conditions, formation of value orientations by future teachers are singled out: 1) organization and stimulation of reflexive activity of students to focus on professional values; 2) development and implementation in the process of teaching social and humanitarian disciplines of a special course of knowledge that informs about professional values and is based on the basic concepts of pedagogical science; 3) use of dialogue technologies during the formation of value orientations.

Person’s professional self-determination has decisive consequences not only for the future life of an individual, but affects society in general. By choosing a profession, a person not only takes the first steps on the way to building a professional career, but also develops the professional values based on which he or she will contribute to the development and improvement of a certain professional field in the future. That is why the study of the problem of the formation of students’ professional and value orientations, and especially the implementation of pedagogical technology to ensure the specified process, has become relevant.The article briefly reveals the features of using the method of projects and career guidance games as important elements of the procedural and practical component of the technology of the formation of students' professional and value orientations.It is noted that during the implementation of the projects there is an indirect promotion of the emergence of personal experiences among students, a selective attitude towards a certain professional activity, which, as a result, determines changes in life activities, the construction of a conditional trajectory of movement in the acquisition of a certain professional education.The career guidance game in a non-obtrusive way promotes students' assimilation of career guidance knowledge, provides students with the world of work and professions, understanding of facts, processes, acquisition of certain abilities, skills, methods of practical activity, promotes the development of students’ abilities to apply the acquired knowledge in practice, promotes professional self-determination.It is noted that the study of the problem of the formation of students’ professional value orientations made it possible to establish the main factors affecting the effectiveness of the specified process, in particular, to identify the potential for increasing its effectiveness through using traditional forms and methods, for example, the method of projects and career orientation games.

CONTENT DOMINANTS OF EDUCATION AS A PROCESS OF PERSONALITY APPROACH TO SPIRITUAL AND MORAL VALUES

The article reveals the content dominants of education as a process of personal ascent to spiritual and moral values; education of acitizen and patriot as a process of forming a harmoniously developed, highly educated, socially active and nationally conscious person endowed with deep public responsibility. The content of the process of education and formation of professional qualities of student youth of higher education institutions of Ukraine in combination with professional knowledge, abilities, and skills is outlined. The priority of national-patriotic and civic education in Ukraine, which reflects the process of national-ethnic revival of the Ukrainian nation and involves the recognition of national values as determining, is determined. These include: the Ukrainian idea, which embodies the desire for statehood and unity, patriotism and readiness for self-sacrifice in the event of the need to protect the Motherland, a sense of national self-respect and dignity, historical memory, respect for state and national symbols, love for native culture, language, national holidays and traditions, respect for the Constitution of Ukraine and democratically elected government officials, orientation of one's own efforts on the development of the state and the desire to build a just state system, opposition to anti-Ukrainian ideology, desire for the development of the spiritual life of Ukrainians. The essence of civic, patriotic, international, political, moral education is revealed, as they contribute to the formation of universal values, characterizing the social activity of an individual, his citizenship as a complex social and moral phenomenon. Aspects of formation of professional value orientations of future teachers are highlighted; teacher's value orientations as a system of personally realized humanistic values. The problem of professional training and education of student youth is outlined as a single process of intellectual development of the personality, covering the entire set of elements of education, education and professional training. Education is revealed as a complex process of influencing a person, his skills and moral essence, interests. Pedagogical conditions are singled out, the need to apply them in a certain sequence will stimulate the process of forming value orientations of future teachers.

Research of professional value orientations formation of future doctors

Background. Medical education is based on general and specialized knowledge in the learning process, a combination of theory and practice at a medical university and is the foundation of the medical profession. But the formation of professional value orientations of future doctors remains out of consideration. Therefore, the professional training of future doctors needs the content of medical education to be improved in order to focus on the formation of professional values. Objective. To substantiate the scientific results of the experimental study of the formation of professional value orientations of future doctors. Methods. Theoretical analysis of scientific sources in order to determine the nature, content and structure of professional values of future doctors. Results. The article analyzes the results of experimental research. It is established that a promising direction to improve the quality of training of future doctors is the formation of a system of his professional values, which reveals the value position of the individual in relation to professional activities. In our study, we identified the professional value orientations of future doctors as a system of values, value orientations, meanings and attitudes to the professional activities of doctors, forming a unique axiosphere of personality that reflects the personal, professional and social orientation of the doctor. Taking into account the specifics of the doctor's professional activity, we have developed a structure of professional value orientations of future doctors. In the process of studying the structural composition of professional value orientations of future doctors, axiological, psychological, motivational, cognitive and prognostic components are identified, each of which performs a certain function. The main functions of professional value orientations of future doctors include: worldview, normative, regulatory, communicative and professional activity. The criteria of formation of professional value orientations of future doctors in the process of professional training are determined: cognitive; personal; activity. The levels of formation of professional value orientations of future doctors are highlighted: high, medium and low. The effectiveness of the organizational and pedagogical conditions and pedagogical technology of professional value orientations’ formation of future doctors determined by us is experimentally confirmed. Conclusion. The results of the experimental study showed the effectiveness of the author's pedagogical technology and its effectiveness in the formation of professional value orientations of future doctors in the process of basic training. The formed professional value orientations of future doctors were evaluated and statistically verified. The results of the experimental test confirmed the effectiveness of the organizational and pedagogical conditions created in the educational process of the institution of higher medical education for the formation of professional values of future doctors.

PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF FORMING FUTURE TEACHERS’ READINESS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVE POTENTIAL OF PRIMARY-SCHOOL STUDENTS

The current innovations in the system of education demand the high level of readiness, abilities to changes, rapid adjustment, and adaptation to new educational conditions. The article reveals and analyzes basic pedagogical conditions of the primary school teachers’ training for the development of students’ creative potential. It was found out that the basic pedagogical conditions of the primary school teachers’ training for the development of students’ creative potential are providing motivation for teachers to develop students’ creative potential; purposeful filling of the content of primary school teachers' training with a creative component in order to improve professional teachers’ competence about the development of students’ creative potential; organization of educational and methodological support for teachers. The article proves that the structure of readiness of future primary school teachers to the development of students’ creative potential consists of components that are closely related, criteria and factors that make dynamic integrity and have level characteristics. The structure of readiness of future primary school teachers to the development of students’ creative potential includes motivational, procedural and resulting components. Substantiated by the author tools for evaluation of readiness of future primary school teachers to the development of students’ creative potential made it possible to understand the content and the relationship among the criteria (motivational and value, activity and creative, professional and evaluation), relevant indicators of the specified readiness (the formation of the teacher's internal motives for professional development and value orientations; the degree of creative solution of educational tasks and creative approach to pedagogical activity with primary school students; professional readiness for pedagogical activity and readiness for professional self-development). The result of the primary school teachers’ training is readiness for the development of primary school students’ creative potential, the specifics of which are the motivation of future teachers to master the professional knowledge, skills and abilities to develop students' creative potential, mastering the necessary creative abilities and a high level of professional competence.

Professional training of Economics students in higher educational institutions through the development of entrepreneurial climate

Professional economic education in Ukraine requires significant reforms because of thriving to integrate into the world economic space, which is impossible without the education of highly professional staff. The development of the entrepreneurial climate in the higher educational institution (HEI) by training the ability to work in a team and the general culture of doing business is an important task. It is specialized economic education that should lay the foundation for the dynamic economic development of the country. Methods used: survey, remote collection and processing of information (GOOGLE Forms), self-actualization test (SAT) (determining the level of general cultural competencies), study of value orientations (according to M. Rokych), methods of personal adaptation to a new professional environment (according to L.V. Yankovskyi), cultural and value orientations test (L.H. Pochebut). According to the study, students are convinced that entrepreneurial skills can be acquired. Students called self-organization the main competence for doing business. It was found that 50% of students have a low level of readiness for teamwork. Only 21% of respondents showed a high level of readiness for teamwork. It was found that special pedagogical conditions for creating an entrepreneurial climate can improve the level of higher economic education.
